Yoga at Home

These are excellent instructions for yoga; however, many of our patients have difficulty localizing and controlling their lumbar spine and/or other joints, which may be overstretched. If you experience any problems or pain while or after performing these poses, make certain you speak with us or another healthcare professional that specializes in corrective exercises. ​
