DeFlame Diet

Dr. Gregory has been using the Whole 30 diet for patients with food intolerance / allergies or those with autoimmune diseases. He also uses paleo and modified Mediterranean-focused diets for his weight loss patients.
However, he has shifted to referring to Dr. David Seaman's DeFlame diet for much of this work as the scientific support is more focused, and it is better explained in Dr. Seaman's resources. We've included a number of YouTube presentations of his which have covered some important topics. If you'd like more specific information on adapting these diets for sports purposes or specific inflammation issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be posting this on our website and FaceBook page for general use as well. Enjoy!
